Your role will be entirely focused on developing new clients, with a playground that covers both Flanders and Wallonia.
No account management — pure hunting and business growth.
Your Mission – 100% NEW BUSINESS
- Actively prospect and open new accounts across Belgium (enterprise + mid-market).
- Build and maintain a strong, continuously fed pipeline through field hunting, phone outreach, and digital prospecting.
- Develop targeted outreach strategies to penetrate key sectors in staffing and operations.
- Present and position the Job&Talent app as the reference solution for digitizing and optimizing workforce management.
- Work closely with the Operations and Product teams to ensure fast and successful client deployments.
- Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets in a challenging, fast-growing environment.
- Mid-term: contribute to building and developing a dedicated team focused on commercial expansion.
Profil
- Proven experience in pure prospecting (100% hunting) — ideally in staffing/temporary work, HR Tech, or B2B services.
- You love opening doors, convincing, negotiating, and closing deals.
- You combine resilience, commercial energy, strong field instincts, and excellent closing skills.
- You are bilingual French / Dutch, with a very good command of English.
- You are driven by performance, targets, and business growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, results-oriented, structured, and motivated by a hyper-growth environment.
