  • Define and lead the go-to-market strategy for large accounts in Belgium.
  • Position the Job&Talent app as the #1 solution for efficiency, scalability, and data-driven recruitment.
  • Develop a portfolio of large enterprise clients, focusing on strategic partnerships.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Executives and Account Managers (20% of your time).
  • Dedicate 80% of your energy to hunting and winning new large accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Operations teams to tailor our solutions to client needs.

Profil

  • Solid experience in enterprise sales / strategic account management, ideally in temporary staffing, HR technology, or B2B services.
  • Strong product orientation: you know how to turn a digital solution into a growth driver.
  • Proficiency in French and Dutch, with a good level of English (native Dutch-speaking profile preferred).
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to influence at the C-level.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, data-driven, and passionate about technology.
  • Experience in the staffing industry combined with a digital mindset.
